Returns & Exchanges

At ETHNC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all ETHNC tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
